Please read the following Terms & Conditions carefully before creating an account or using the platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between pkbd and the user.

Acceptance & Applicability of Terms

Section 1

By browsing pkbd's website (pkbd.ws), creating an account, or using any of the platform's services, you are deemed to have fully read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using pkbd's services.

These Terms & Conditions apply to users in Bangladesh. pkbd's services are available to adults only (18 years of age or older). Minors are strictly prohibited from creating an account or using the platform. pkbd reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time, and continued use of the platform following any changes will constitute acceptance of the new terms.

These Terms & Conditions are drafted in accordance with Bangladesh's legal framework. In the event of any ambiguity, pkbd's interpretation shall be considered final.

Account Creation & Security

Section 2

Registration Rules

To create an account on pkbd, you must provide accurate and complete information. Creating an account using false or misleading details is strictly prohibited. Each individual may operate only one account — creating multiple accounts may result in all accounts being suspended and any accumulated balance being forfeited.

The mobile number and email address provided at registration may be subject to verification. pkbd may request supporting documents to confirm a user's identity.

Password & Security

You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Never share your password with any third party. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account or notice any suspicious activity, contact pkbd support immediately.

Pkbd will never ask for your password via email or phone. If anyone requests your password claiming to be from pkbd, it is fraudulent — contact support immediately.

User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules

Section 3

All users must observe the following responsibilities when using pkbd's services. Any attempt to misuse the platform, commit fraud, or manipulate the system will result in immediate account suspension.

Users may not use pkbd's platform for any unlawful purpose. Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal activity is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Attempting unauthorized access to pkbd's software, systems, or databases, placing bets using bots or automated software, and misusing bonuses or promotional offers are strictly prohibited.

Payment, Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Section 4

Deposit Rules

Pkbd accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Currently supported payment methods include bKash and Nagad. A minimum deposit amount applies — log in to the platform to view the latest limits.

Every deposit transaction is verified. pkbd reserves the right to place suspicious transactions on hold pending review. Using the correct reference number when making a deposit is mandatory.

Withdrawal Terms

Your account must be fully verified before a withdrawal request can be submitted. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Bonus funds are subject to specific wagering requirements, which are clearly stated with each offer.

Pkbd only processes withdrawals to the same payment method used for the original deposit. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.

Important Payment Information

Account Suspension & Closure Policy

Section 5

Pkbd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

Violation of any clause in these Terms & Conditions
Creating an account with false information
Involvement in fraudulent or deceptive activities
Operating multiple accounts
For legal reasons or upon direction from a regulatory authority
In the case of long-inactive accounts

If an account is closed, any refund of valid balances remains at pkbd's discretion. In cases of fraud, all balances may be forfeited.

Users may also request account closure at any time. Any remaining valid balance will be returned through the designated process.

Limitation of Liability & Indemnification

Section 6

Pkbd strives to deliver the highest quality of service on its platform; however, liability is limited in certain circumstances. pkbd is not responsible for issues arising from technical errors, internet disruptions, or third-party causes.

Betting and gaming results are final in accordance with the rules. If incorrect odds or results are displayed due to a technical error, pkbd reserves the right to void or correct the affected bets. Users are responsible for ensuring the quality of their own internet connection and device.

Pkbd's total liability shall not, under any circumstances, exceed the current balance held in the user's account.

Copyright & Intellectual Property

Section 7

All content on pkbd.ws — including logos, designs, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, and databases — is protected by pkbd's intellectual property rights. Copying, distributing, modifying, or commercially using any of these materials without pkbd's written permission is strictly prohibited.

The platform may contain third-party content governed by its own licensing terms. pkbd is not responsible for any third-party content.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

Section 8

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any dispute between pkbd and a user will first be addressed through negotiation.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it will be referred to the competent courts of Bangladesh. Any claim against pkbd must be submitted in writing within 30 days of the issue arising.

If the Terms & Conditions are updated, pkbd will post a notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the revised terms.

Third Parties & Other Matters

Section 9

Pkbd's platform may include links to third-party game providers and services. pkbd makes no guarantees regarding such third-party content, privacy policies, or service standards. Use of any third-party services is entirely at the user's own risk.

Pkbd's game library may include titles from various software providers. Each game's outcome is determined by an independent Random Number Generator (RNG), and pkbd does not influence game results.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force. pkbd's failure to exercise any right or remedy shall not constitute a waiver of that right or remedy.
